Default Dream Theater lead

I was trying to recreate the lead sound used in the song Costant Motion (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZFPAHdZQQw at 5:15)
I think Rudess used a Radias for this lead...so there shouldn't be any problem recreating it with a Virus
anyone tried it before?

Hmmm, JR leads would be nice. I've got the patches he built for the V-synth GT, but wasn't all that impressed. One or two really good ones though.
Doesn't he also use the Kurzweil for his leads.
The V-synth has some brilliant leads

I think he used (or he used to use, lol) a Kurz 2600 some years ago (for sure on Scenes From A Memory) and imho it sounded absolutley great, but recreating Kurz patches on a subtractive va is really hard. He's using the V-synth for some leads (and for the continuum), but I'm quite sure the Costant Motion synth was from a Radias (also because he's endorsed by korg)
I'm checking the tube for some live DT shows, I barely remember he used the stand-alone version of the Radias, so it should be easy to see from where the lead comes
