There are several ways to do it... Start with just one osc, make it a sawtooth. Use LFO1 synced to clock to a slow speed, like 1/1. Modulate OSC1 with it, something like 45-63. Choose something like Wave 7 for Shape. Select the HighPass Filter, set its resonance to the meddium value and play some notes while playing with the filter - you'll see that you'll soon see that you like the sound of it while moving it in a certain region. Select another LFO, also sync it and then with the filter cuttoff left on the max or min position, adjust the amount up or down, on filter 1 so that it covers the nice zone only. Alright, now either right some notes or use the arp... And pull the env amount of the filter slightly up, whit filter envelope with either short attack or none, some delay (play with it) no sustain and no release. Put some distortion on the filter, light does the job, but u can go for something with a bit for grit. If you want extra body turn up the sub osc. And there's a basic squeelsh that's somehow related to a TB303...
Alright, now turn the portamento all the way up, also use Punch Intensity set to maximum if you want it to be more agressive.
