The trick to this sound is that its an actual chord, a minor chord for that matter. To get it all done in a patch, you have to start by detuning one of the oscillators 3 semitones up against the other one thats playing the root note so you get the third minor playing. Then tweak the volume envelopes to get a short stabby sound, so fast attack, decay at 60-70, sustain 0, release 0 ( this is all from my head here).
Then tweak the filter down under a low pass filter with good resonance, and add some modulation to it with the filter envelope, just a bit. The filter is really important for this sound to get that darkish feel.
Then try out different waveforms to find the best tone for this sound, and add the little delay to it at the end.
You will find that on the first couple of steps youll already get pretty close to the sound.
