Stay on topic.

The music store you purchased from should be able to advise you on where to get serviced and repaired in your country, as well as the Access site, depending on what kind of tech expert you have in your city. I would do a bit of research, go talk to your local music store tech and ask if they know anyone personally who can do a proper service job.

In my experience you have to chase Access up a bit to get what you need out of them so dont be afraid to hassle them with multiple enquiries.
