how about this then....
a mate of mine in ausi has a fair bit of gear and instead of turning everything on by thier individual switches, he leaves all the on/off switches set to on, then he just turns them on and off by unplugging/plugging them straight from the wall! includin amps, monitors, mixing console and everything else!
is that bad for gear?
