Sue his silly ass for at least 800 euros +medical expenses, you'll get some cash and the twat will learn his lesson. Financial punishment is much stronger than physical in those cases.
I had a number of incidents with nazis and even couple of small fights but it never ended up in a hospital, not for me and not for the other side... Attacking from behind or surrounding a victim in a group of people it's their way to start fights, imbecile cowards.
