I while ago I was messing about with a remix of "I gotta feeling" by the black eyed peas. I only found out about the remix comp a few days before the deadline and kind of hacked it together in a few evenings, then ran out of time to even do a half decent polishing job and submited it anyway even though I thought it was way to rough and pretty much forgot about it - ugh!
Yesterday I get an email from beatport to say its was awarded a runner up place - #6 out of about 1200 or so entries
The remix is now featured on the Black Eyed Peas fan site at
