The TI 61 key version is significantly larger and has more presence and wow factor - resale value is likely to be higher as people just wont want to spend the same kinda money on a 37 key version.
Thats the only real difference. Both have identicial synth engines

Good point, That's why I ended up with the keyboard model. I was confused at first because the reviews gave the polar a slightly higher rating, but my gut wanted a few more octaves to span some colorful pads, etc...
