As Iand mentions, try contacting Access first. Otherwise contact Access' spares company at SynthesizerService (based in Germany, although can speak English).

Send them a quick mail. They kindly sent me 4 standard pots (not rotary encoders in my case, as it was for an Indigo) for replacing loose ones in the past, as shown [
