I did...i called the guy today to tell him i was ready to buy...he made a call & found out that they were backordered  said they should get a shipment in about 1-2 weeks

sure, but the stock situation is down to every single distributor. if they underestimate the demand, there will be a backorder. if access does underestimate the demand, there will be a backorder as well...
