What about "MySpace.com" sites?
Internationally known artists demo their stuff there, maybe the site's specs are better?
Also, what if you just make the file available via a hypertext link download?
Can you just list a file there for download and not streaming playback?
I'm kind of ignorant on that topic, oh well.
