Hi there,
I use MidiQuest XL for storing presets. It's pretty much straighforward, I can even save them as data if I want, and then place them back into the synth, any given time. Works for me, I don't bother with storing all presets into the synth's own memory, just create an extra folder on my project's folder with Virus presets and store them there.
But assuming Sound Driver works a similar way, you'll need Midi in and Out, on some port - which you have to indicate first, so the program can access the thing. Another thing: check if you have the right Midi options on the synth, there's a good chance it's not - check the manual. And don't give up man, once you find something that works, you'll see how easy it is, really.
