In what way doesn't the LFO1 > Osc1 intensity work?
Considering the I'm modulating LFO1 > pitch osc1; if entirely open the amount (+63) it will modulate higher freqs as well. Besides the "amount" option I didn't find any other control of intensity for LFO.
LFO1 > Transpose is the same as LFO1 > Osc1, just with a greater range. And it affects all oscillators.

LFO2 > Filter1 will only really work if you lower Cutoff1 in the Filter section (to halfway, about 64) to bring it down into the audible realm, allowing you to actually 'hear' the effect of the LFO working the filter.
You are right and that's why the cutoff is not open higher than 54.
