I don't have a Virus at the moment, and unfortunately also very short on free time, but you could take the Zebra2 or Sylenth1 patches I posted in the other thread, and you could either take those a very long way toward what you want or use them to learn how to duplicate same type of sound in the Virus. Both of those patches had some of the core characteristics you want. Play around with the three settings I've mentioned and I bet you'll get close. If the VC software is getting in the way or the control surface of the Virus is holding you back, try achieving the sound with a soft synth to get a feel for what which parameters you need to tweak then try to achieve same on Virus.
Believe it or not you can take almost any saw based patch into this kind of screeching territory pretty easily, it's mostly a matter of getting the portamento right and playing at the right octave (depending on porta speed you sometimes want to play a lower octave with the left hand to get the tearing effect), but the main scream is always a high octave.
