Default LFO 1/ LFO 2 (Access Virus Classic)

I am Currently using an Access Classic desktop module and I had a few questions in regards to the LFO 1/ LFO 2 amount function which contains independent modulation intensities for controlling various parameters.

LFO 1 Contains:
Osc 1 (Pitch of osc 1) +/- 63
Osc 2 (Pich of osc 2) +/- 63
PW 1 + 2 (Both Pulse widths jointly) +/- 63
Reso 1+2 (Both filter resonance) +/- 63

LFO 2
Shape 1+2 (The shape parameters of both oscillators jointly) +/- 63
Filter 1 (Frequency of the first filter) +/- 63
Filter 2 (frequency of the second filter) +/- 63
Pan (Panorama position) +/- 63

My question is that when I change the various parameters around I can definitely hear the sound modulation take place.. but I want to know what is actually happening when I modulate lets say.. both Osc 1 & 2 under the LFO 1 parameter by +15? In the manual it says as stated above (Pitch of osc 1) But the pitch doesn't stay the same after editing it under the LFO parameter.. Is the pitch just increasing/ decreasing as the LFO oscillates above and below the amplitude level of 0?

In addition to understanding whats happening, I am also confused about the LFO 2 Shape 1 + 2 parameter. When it says the 'shape of both oscillators jointly' what does it actually mean and how is the LFO altering the shape when I +/- that parameter.

Any/ All feedback will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
