Hi!
On my Virus B, LFO3 has only the one destination that you mentioned (without using the mod matrix).
For other additional LFO3 modulations you can still use the mod matrix (which has plenty of destinations), or you could choose to use the two 'Assign' destinations for LFO1 or LFO2.
