I'm in contact with Access support and tried a suggestion which that I had to take out all the cables out from the Virus Ti and the main power also and switch back in with the Arp+edit button to reboot the Ti but it did'nt solve the issue. yeah, we have the same set up/same problem. I'm just going to be patient and wait for the new os (whenever it may come)
