Hi there, my initial instinct tells me it may be the filter key-follow, or simply the cutoff.

The filter key-follow may be set to 'peak' on a certain note, and not on other notes. Or that it doesn't follow the keyboard accurately, if indeed at all. The effect is more pronounced if you have resonance applied.

The filter's cutoff may also be optimised to 'peak' on a certain note.

If you want the filter to follow the keyboard make sure Filter 1 and/or Filter 2 keyfollow is set to 100%. Then change the Filter cutoff for either filter 1 and/or filter 2 to determine the 'root' note.

If you don't want the filter to follow the keyboard, just change the Filter cutoff for either filter 1 and/or filter 2 to 'peak' on the note you want.

In your case, you want the filter for your bass to 'peak' an octave lower, so lower the cutoff until it does so.
