Display Redraws When Use VC Browser? [Solved]
The problem only occurs when I have the XP Search window up.
I had been been searching for .wav files on my computer, using the Search utility accessible from the Win XP Start menu. While that window was up, regardless of whether Windows was still searching or had finished, I got the behavior documented in my previous post. Closing the Search Results window made the problem go away.
