I do remember seeing that diagram. I wasn't sure if it applied to the TI or not (obviously the filter serial/parallel is still there).

What happens with the effects section? Based on the manual, it seems that at a minimum it's

Overall synth sound --> Delay --> Reverb (in series - ie you can't have delay after reverb or in parallel with each other).

Is EQ applied after all that or to the raw signal going in? What about the lower effects sections? Based on that PNG file, all the lower effects + EQ come before delay and reverb.

So I guess the overall flow is

synth output --> lower effects + EQ --> delay --> reverb.

When I get home tonight I'll run some basic tests -- it should be pretty easy to hear if the sound is chorused before the delay (for example). The EQ may be harder to hear.
