hey Jase, truth be told I think my biggest problem stems from the fact that I have always been a night person. I honestly have my most energy around 1 - 2 am. Of course this is a serious problem when you have to get up at 7am for work. Normally I just make up my loss of sleep on the weekends, but I probably will now have to sleep a full week straight to make up this bout of insomnia. Good news is that I got about 4 or 5 hours last night so I am heading in the right direction
