man Alex, I definitely feel for you mate. I went through something very similar with my german shepard a few years back. I have always had pets in my life, but my german shepard really was family. Putting her to sleep was such a difficut thing to do, but like you said with Sidney, it was the most humane thing to do. And I have to agree, that meat bone is definitely fit for a king
