Yeah, i suppose it's because after the first 2 seconds in the clip you've posted it clearly says
"After spending three years of my life Looking into this, I am more convinced than ever that the US Government's responsibility for the drug problems in South Central Los Angeles and other inner cities is greater than i ever wrote in the newspapers" So let's pretend it's just a coincidence and it has nothing to do with the video itself, it's content, or it's obvious agenda.
