Yeah, like those laws works... take good old Microsoft for example; talk about false advertising. Windows 3.0, 3.1, 95, 98, XP "Best running Windows ever!", yes certainly, but how long did it take to get there? How many times have you seen people bitch and moan about Windows? And what was the ratio of "false accusations" vs convictions of the same? Well, no convictions there; zero, zippo, zilch. AND, Microsoft is the company that reaches the most people in the WORLD; STILL!
Go try and convince someone else, because those laws aren't used!
