Hasn't Liam been somewhat "misquoted" (lack of better word).
I remember when reading the article that he thought Reason was very good to quickly put down some ideas, and not speaking anything about the program as a whole. I'm not sure I remeber it right either
Anyway, I have made some pretty 'ok' tunes in Reason myself (some might even be available on a record soon

) The only 'real' problem I've had is getting really FAT sounds. Reason is great because of its intuitive interface which is something I miss having switched to Cubase (because of its better midi implementation)
