Thank you for your friendly reminder. I was beginning to think you all were asses. After days of frustration and no response from anyone "except you 8O " I finally narrowed it down. It was my "Mackie Control Universal". I disabled it in Cubase and now all is better. Now I just gotta find out how to implement the two...Thought I'd share the fix and maybe save someone from this horrid experience...
