yeah true, it can produce good but not thick or phat leads and may be as u say weird fx (i couldn't do any fx with it though, only few ambulance-like sounds
), but it has a very thin filter and and ithink it sounds better when filtered with something else than its own ones.
btw, its VST version doesn't sound the same AT ALL, for those who think when using it are like using a real bass station.
