It's a problem with the power supply, but since the KC is the only model with an INTERNAL one(+ its VERY close to the main processor the technician told me), they can't take the risk to repair it.

shops are not supposed to repair access synth anyway. they don't have the replacement parts, schematics or anything you need to repair a virus. please get in touch with me privately and i'll refer you to our canadian distributor (write to
