Ive never really had any problems with TurnKey. Perhas I might need to wait for a few weeks to get the item, but it always comes in good condition. (Im just lucky or they think im famous, not sure
)
I`d say its not really there fault, they cant really inspect each bit of hardware they send out. Im sure they are as pissed of as you, with all the hassle.
I`d say the person you want to be bummin` is the suppliers of TurnKey. Access perhaps
