Depends on your DAW. In Ableton for example, it's easiest to simply add an 'External Instrument' for every additional track you need beyond the first, then route the MIDI and Audio and you're set.

Are you using Drum Racks?

If so, the samples it loads into Simpler default to 0% Velocity, making them seem quiet in your racks. Crank that to 50% and it'll sound fine.

Are you trying to get the 'sidechain bass' sound that acts like Deadmau5 have championed? If so you won't have much luck as there's no compressor in the Virus effects. You'd be better off routing...
