Also, I was an old-skool stand alone user of the TI. Finally I decided to give VC a go and now I won't look back. It's awesome!!!

It's perfectly fine. I use MIDI only (no VC or USB). Part of this was due to the fact that early OS versions had much better stability when using MIDI, particularly external clock timing and ARPS.

Yep, I'm with ya there. The sound from the TI is very special. Access got it right in theory but execution was fumbled. Lets hope they step up to the plate and release an OS that sorts this problem...
