Patch Banks not Listing under Load/Save

Hey Guys,

After updating to 3.0.4, my VC no longer crashes when I click Load/Save. However, when I do click those, the pop-up only says "Public Library". I do not get any banks listed. I can cycle...

It doesn't appear that anyone else is having this issue. It's just weird that it worked fine in 2.7.3, and every update since, it doesn't. I use to save patches through VC and had my own bank...

Yeah, I've tried that--using the arp edit button and all. It does it whether I'm playing something in the sequencer or not. As soon as I hit load/save, boom, logic goes.
