The installation shall include the Virus Control for full editing of the TI, but only as a VST/AU/RTAS-plugin. Not an executable. So you need a VST-host, a DAW or something to use it.

[unsolved] Virus TI stuck notes in Multi-Mode

When I change a program in Multi-Mode and immediately after that press a key, the note is stuck/sustained. I've never had this problem earlier. Has anybody else had similar problems?

Yes, you can write to the RAM banks in the Virus Control and on the Virus itself, but you need the Virus Control Center to write to the ROM banks.
