OK - here is the solution. There is a system...

OK - here is the solution.
There is a system setting that turns the delay effects off globally.
When you turn it back on, reverb etc. works again.

Press System/Multiedit and then "next parameter"...

yep, press System/Multiedit and then "next parameter" until you reach the page
"SYSTEM "
"Delay: Off "

Change to
"Delay: On "

Henceforth the delay effects like Reverb and Delay are on again.
