I've got exacly the same problem, only my Ti GUI dissapears after working for about 20 mins or so... and this happens EVERY TIME, at which point I need to restart cubase 5 and the Ti and it works...

1. Loos of sync, sync "drift", LFO/Arp not synced to tempo.
All of these occur ony occasionally and only with some patches\projects.

When using the Ti in Cubase sx it sometimes feels like the notes slightly drift. This has nothing to do with the DSP load, and is mostly felt on the bassline and other fast attack sounds.
