Automation Problem

Hi,

What I want to do is assign the pitch of osc1 to the amp envelope but have it adjustable (automatable) I've done this is the mod matrix but cannot right click the amount slider to allow...

apparently there's a symbol you need to click on in the vst instruments panels. Haven't had chance to check yet as I haven't been down the studio this weekend
