How long does it take you to make a track

I undertsnad some people start someday, add a few parts later on, then continue, then leave it aside for a month or two, do something else, and come back with a fresh mind about it, add, leave, etc...

First he offers me the 5% rebate and when I come back to pay he says hes sorry but it dosnt apply to the virus. Screw him.
