Seems really strange that all the other controllers are fine...

everytime i turned it off at the wall switch/plug and turned it back on. i know most people only get it once in a while, the bloke hadnt heard of one that did it all the time. Shame, other than that...

Check your midi options in the preferences menu. It should be set up so that live is recieving midi from the virus and vice versa. :?
