Virus A repair question...

Don't know what causes this but since a few minutes the "+ Value" button gets stuck as soon as i press it...or me it seems as if the "spring" of the button is damaged... so the button goes down with...

Virus A Original Soundbank?

Heya guys,

Im pretty new to the Virus and in VA's in general. I just purchased a Virus A and it has already OS 2.8 installed.

My question is: I have sounds in there that have some names in german...
