Bassline in Sylenth1 no match in Virus?

Hi guys,

I am trying to do a fairly a bass done by booka shade.

I did search but I couldn't find anything related to that, I didn't press any keys to update just followed the instructions on the updater but when the coputer restarted the virus stayed on on froze...

I was wondering if the side chain effect with virus and a midi channel, you have to use the virus 1 or 2(buses) to do this or it is possible to wire the midi channel to a audio channel in Cubase sx 3?
