Installing OS 2.7.5 over TI2

Hi,
Being disappointed by new 3.0.4 OS update (and every OS 3.x), I wonder if I can update my TI2 Desktop by old and rock-stabe :) OS 2.7.5? I remember when I first got brand new Virus, it had 2.7.5...

Still "sneezing" on 3.0.4 OS. This is quite annoying - white noise + restart of Virus. Which version should I load on my TI2 to get stable hardware?
