I got the same issue, but as soon as I got three parts which is really annoying. I keep you updated as soon as I figured out what can happen. I didn't have the issue before OS 3.0.3.

If you VC, the virus is in sequencer mode. Each of the 16 parts is on one dedicated midi channel.
But first read the manual :). From page 1 to the end.
