Best way to unpack a Multi Arrangment
So I want to understand the multi mode better. I'm trying to take a multi arrangement that I hear (not sure if its a factory preset) and I want to separate out the individual sounds.
For example. the multi I'm listening to has a basic kick bass rolling away at around 130bpm. I would like to remove just that kick but leave the rest of the multi in place. I hope that makes sense. My goal is to extract a bass sound I hear so I can record it and edit in Ableton. I'm currently working my way through the manual so I may solve it myself, but any advice or best practices are welcome! Thanks |
Of course I figure it out 5 mins after I post. sorry about that. I was not understanding the PART button and how it works in the multi edit menu!
