I actually randomly stumbled on something very similar doing some messing around. Rom I - Baryon HS. turn reso up to full, turn osc2 to full balance. Should be a Pulse with pulse width around 90 percent, choose Filtevnv-FM and set to 100 percent and play in the highest octave. Sounds like they grabbed that and then pitched it down several octaves. It has all that buzzing FM distortion.
