what is the real advantage of having filter 1 and 2? Also, can you assign on OSC 1 To filter one and OSC 2 to filter 2?

You can have variatons on the filter poles, have some controller change filter balance so you have two totally different sounds, you can highpass something directly in the synth for it to fit best in the mix and so on...

You can have Osc1 on F1 and Osc2 on F2 if you set them in split mode.
