Best way to recreate this sound?

The synth sound with the crazy LFO's that starts at about 0:44.

How do I make that? :> It has such a harsh, metallic feel to it..

I don't know how to do it on a Virus, but it can be done easily with any glitch plugin eg. SugarBytes Effectrix or dBlue's Glitch.
