new schiller album - synths used?
 

anyone know what synths Schiller is using on his latest album "Sehnsucht"?

I know he uses a Fantom a lot from seeing his videos.

Nice lead synth voice on the track "in the dark"... VA??

other tracks such as Sommernacht could be romplers I would guess...

anyone else had a listen??

Schiller did "Das Glockenspiel" years ago, right? Good stuff.

the album is excellent .... really superb listening for a synth maniac!

yes Alex - Glockenspiel was a track by him ... pretty old now and hes improving all the time! This latest offering is superb.

A slight different tact ..... still uses samples sometimes but more instrument based now .... nice smooth ambient pads, driftig melodies, then tracks with great synth bass lines and razor sharp VA leads! Its a great album - was released in germany yesterday - I had preorded from Itunes so downloaded last night.

Well worth buying and one that will be on my Ipod for a long time to come!
