Different delays/reverbs in multi mode possible?
Hi to all!
I still can't believe that it is not possible to have the original single mode delay/reverb settings also in multi mode. Only 1 delay/reverb setting possible for all patches in multi? The virus single patches sound so great because of their delay/reverb settings! How do you solve the problem? a) buying a TI? b) record each single patch on its own? (now thats what i call SEQUENCing!) c) being happy with only 1 delay/reverb setting? d) use the record program effects? Greetings Hardock got a used Virus Indigo I |

I think the TI does have the possiblity of having seperate delays and Verbs for each part of a multi. I could've sworn I remember that being said somewhere along the line.
Not a TI owner here though. Any TI owners wanna shed a little light on this? |
It is possible with the TI, see:
http://www.accessmusic.de/events/11-...ti_basics.php4 "In either case, the complete sound engine is always available to each Multi part, including dedicated delay and separate reverb fx for all 16 sounds. In effect, the full VIRUS TI single modes is replicated 16 times!" And i just bought the Indigo I... :? |
Shit sorry about that. I really must have been in another world while reading your first post.
So how do you so the problem? You can't within the machine itself. Just the way it is. Look at this way though: Better to have a half decent Verb on one part than have a crappy one smeared accross the lot. The Indigo 1 doesn't really have the voices to be 16 part multi timbral either - Virus C doesn't either. |
