is it safe to use the ti as an audio interface for a pa?
 

im doing some pa's this year and i wanna use the ti as an audio interface for my laptop and use the ti as a controler for ableton. Am i safe doing this dya think?. Ino the ti has afew poblems at the mo and last thing i wanna do is be playing in front of aload of ppl when soemthing goes drastically wrong. what dya think?. Kurt

I actually did a few weeks ago...Played all night in front of 250 ppl(small party) but everything went well!

I wasn't using VC nor the TI engine tho.
Mostly was using the TI as an audio interface and midi controller.

Personally, I wouldnt until we are all sure crash screeches are a thing of the past.

Its bad enough when its through studio monitors even with the volume relatively low, never mind through a 3KW PA system :lol:

TBH - I havnt had such a screech for a while now, but having been subjected to them alot in the past, them I am a little nervous about them... :?
