only 1st 3 parts in multi play (please help)
 

hi everyone,

the quest to tame my new virus continues....i have the thing in multi mode, and all 16 parts set to midi channel 1, when i hit a key, only the first 3 parts play together, no parts after 3 play at all.....

i can't even get a sound out of any individual parts past 3......all the settings "system / multi edit" settings are the same as parts 1-3

anyone know why the 1st 3 parts only play?

check if they have the same midi channel (i guess yes!!) so... check the if they are all enabled (PartEnable=On) and also the lowest and highest notes for every part.

You are limited by polyphony. Maybe the three are using it all up? Check Unison and outputs also. I think the osc use it up too. Can someone tell us how the virus uses up polyphony by the osc?

When using all four oscillators, if you play a 3 note chord, it takes up 4 voices of polyphony.
